Shaun Stoltz is an accomplished business professional with over three decades of experience in project management, financial accounting, audit, and information technology. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise Capital Management Change at Bank of America, Shaun leads strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and regulatory compliance while managing a team of eight professionals. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects valued at over $500 million across 30 countries, demonstrating his ability to manage complex, global initiatives at scale.

Throughout his career, Shaun has demonstrated a keen ability to manage complex projects and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and increase organizational efficiency. His recent work at Bank of America includes implementing strategic initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the Enterprise Capital Management function, as well as managing critical programs in Treasury and Global Markets organizations.

Shaun’s career began in the auditing division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zimbabwe, where he honed his skills in financial accounting and auditing as a public accountant and auditor. He then went on to hold various roles in Zimbabwe and London, including Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Communication Systems of Zimbabwe, and Principal Consultant and Cognos Developer at Data C Limited. During his time at Data C, Shaun managed the implementation of large-scale data warehouse platforms, which provided a single source of truth and enabled deep lineage transparency for budgeting to actual reporting and management.

Prior to his current role, Shaun’s leadership and project management expertise were showcased at organizations like Citi, where he led strategic responses for Market Risk related to LIBOR Transition and managed portfolios exceeding $30 million. His global experience includes delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia, consistently achieving strategic objectives while navigating complex regulatory environments. At Utilant, he built and matured the Professional Services Department, scaling the organization’s ability to execute parallel projects from 2 to 12 within six months.

Throughout his career, Shaun has established himself as a strong communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to foster client relationships and understand their businesses and challenges. He has consistently demonstrated success in engaging with senior stakeholders, from front-line managers to C-suite executives, and has a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration from Durham University Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University, and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. He is a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), and an active member of the Project Management Institute.
